NVXO Pay is a customer-facing payment platform operated by Aegea Holdings Venture Capital - osoba rizikového kapitálu a.s., providing technology, user interface, and operational support for card-based payment services. NVXO Pay acts as a program and technology partner and does not provide regulated financial services in its own name.

Payment accounts, card issuance, and safeguarding of customer funds are provided by licensed financial institutions, including electronic money institutions and banking partners. NVXO Pay does not hold customer funds and does not perform activities requiring its own payment services license.

The NVXO Pay platform integrates with partner APIs to enable:

• card issuance and lifecycle management,

• transaction visibility and customer notifications,

• account-related operational features,

• customer support and issue resolution workflows.

API connectivity is used exclusively for operational purposes, data synchronization, and customer service enablement. NVXO Pay does not modify transaction data, control settlement, or intervene in regulated financial flows beyond permitted technical integration.

All integrations follow applicable regulatory, security, and data protection requirements, including AML/KYC responsibilities as allocated under partner agreements.
